Upon consideration of your presentation, we TROUBLESHOOT the situation and prepare an emailed resolution report with our findings.
This program is billed on an hourly basis and is our most economical.

We consult with you by phone and interview the key staff members involved in the situation.
We review all pertinent documents and ask you to present this data by email, fax or digital pictures.
We prepare a summary report reviewing all of the data and details we have received and
also prepare a resolution report based on the findings of our Troubleshooting.
This report is more detailed and is quoted based on time and expenses.
PROGRAM 3:
We meet with you ON SITE and review your presentation of the problems.
We use 'in person' investigations to see the problem first hand and document our findings in a basic report.
We then Troubleshoot the situation and prepare a resolution report with our findings and suggestions.
This report is our most detailed and is quoted based on time and expenses.
PROGRAM 4:
This program is an on site investigation but is geared for those business problems that are not apparent.
We investigate your operation and based on a complete and invasive detection process
we arrive at some concrete finding with valuable suggestions aimed at resolution.
This report is our most detailed, result oriented and comprehensive and is quoted based on time and expenses.
